Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy for Nina’s Gallery:
We understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances may arise and our clients may need to reschedule or cancel their permanent makeup appointments. However, please note that our artists invest a significant amount of time and resources to prepare for each appointment, therefore, we have established the following cancellation policy:
1. Clients must provide at least 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. This allows us to offer the appointment slot to another client who may be waiting.
2. If a client cancels or reschedules within 48 hours of the appointment time, their deposit will not be refunded or transfered. They will need to book another appointment for services with a new deposit.
3. If a client does not show up for their appointment without giving any prior notice, their deposit will not be refunded or transferred. The client also will not be able to book any other future services.
4. In case of an emergency or unforeseen circumstance, such as illness or family emergency, we may waive the cancellation fee at our discretion.
